Terms of Use of Lamb Club Card

1. What is a LAMB Club Card?

We offer a “Start Plus” LAMB Club Card, which is issued to a particular person for a particular vehicle.

2. LAMB Card activation time.

“Start Plus” Card takes effect with the date specified in the document, but not earlier than the date of receipt of payment.

3. Validity term of LAMB Cards.

“Starts Plus” Card is valid for one year from the date of its activation. Each card has a unique identification number.

4. Where do LAMB Cards work.

“Starts Plus” Card is valid in Latvia.

5. Additional conditions for LAMB Cards.

Technical assistance and vehicle towing services under the conditions described in the Card description are provided if the damaged vehicle is located on public roads (carriageway or roadside), in yards, on parking lots, if it is technically possible to access the vehicle and ensure the technology to provide the service.
If the damaged vehicle is located outside the public roads (in the forest, dunes, other hard-to-reach places), the services are provided as far as possible and against payment, based on the actual costs of providing the service.

Repeated technical assistance or towing due to one particular problem is possible only after the causes of the problem have been completely eliminated.

6. What benefits does LAMB Card include.

“Starts Plus” cardholder can receive all the services that the LAMB Card user is entitled to.

7. How can a user of a LAMB Card get technical assistance on the road, or request towing of a damaged vehicle??

• call the 24-hour LAMB call centre at 1888;
• provide the card number;
• define the problem of the vehicle as precisely as possible;
• provide address and landmarks of the incident site;
• provide information about the vehicle: brand, model, type (light vehicle, jeep, minivan, cargo, etc.), license number, colour;
• inform of the existence of nearby obstacles or other circumstances, if any, which may hinder the provision of the service;
• provide the contact phone number;
• if the service is no longer necessary after the request has already been made, please inform the call centre about it immediately.

8. LAMB Card extension/purchase options

The validity period of LAMB Card can be extended to the next year by purchasing a new card.
“Starts Plus” card can be purchased on www.lamb.lv. Payment can be made by bank card, bank link or postpaid.

9. LAMB Card cancellation/refund rights..

LAMB Card can be cancelled within one working day from the date of placing the order by calling +371 67566222 or sending an application by e-mail to lamb@lamb.lv.
